Joe Samara-Owner
Joe began boxing in 2017 as a member of Delray Beach Boxing just to pick up a new hobby with no thought to compete or fight on any level. In 2020 he decided to make his dream a reality and buy the gym and eventually turn pro.

Sharpen your skills and torch calories with high-intensity rounds on the heavy bag. You’ll build speed, power, and endurance while working different combos on the bag & conditioning drills. Perfect for all levels looking for a sweat-dripping, skill-building workout.
Fight School
Step into the fighter’s mindset. This class breaks down authentic boxing fundamentals. Footwork, defense, combinations, and ring strategy. Along with partner drills, and sparring. Whether you’re a beginner or aspiring competitor, you’ll gain the confidence and technique of a true boxer.
Boxing IQ
New to boxing? Start here. This class breaks down the absolute basics—how to stand, move, and throw punches safely and effectively. You’ll learn step by step in a supportive environment, building confidence while developing the foundation you need to progress. No experience required. *Sparring Included*
Cardio Blitz
A fast-paced class designed to push your limits. Expect explosive movements, bodyweight exercises, and non-stop energy to increase stamina and burn maximum calories. Just bring your grit.
Circuit Training
A total-body workout combining strength, conditioning, and boxing drills in rotating stations. From kettlebells to core work to explosive plyometrics, this class will challenge every muscle and leave you stronger, faster, and fitter.
Boxing Fitness
Our classes teach the fundamentals of boxing combined with an intense workout style. From jab, cross, and hook to technical footwork, you’ll learn it all.
